Current and Future Trends of Media and Information
1. HAPTICS TOUCH- feedbackuse sense of touch by applying sense. Joystick, steering wheels are examples. Feeling to a computer that it seems like its real.
2. CONTEXTUAL AWARENESS- combing the " HARD SENSOR" and "SOFT SENSOR" The information is about calendar, heart-beat, Call etc.
3. VOICE AND TONE RECOGNITION- use to detect a person's health/ emotion
4. INTELLIGENT ROUTING TO DEVICES- uses of local councils, wrist watch, Location, GPS
5. EYE TRACKING TECHNOLOGY- measures eyes position and movements whic are analyzed through computer
6. INTERNET GLASSES- can detect through images and 3D Effect

MIND MAP- graphical technique for visualizing connection between several ideas or pieces of information " Linked by Line"
OPPORTUNITIES
1. ONLINE SHOPPING- form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy goods or services from a seller over the Internet using web browser.
2. CITIZEN JOURNALISM- reporting of news events using one Internet. Simple reporting of facts news that is largely ignored.
CHALLENGES
1. PHISING- cyber attack that uses disguised email as a weapon.
2. HAND OVER SENSITIVE INFORMATION- to trick users
3. DOWNLOAD MALWARE- little spam like phising to infect their own computers with malware
4. HUMAN TRAFFICKING- modern slay slavery in which traffickers use force by coercion from sex acts or labor server, serious crime.
Legal, Ethical, and Societal Issues in Media and Information
1. COPY RIGHT- Copyright is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights for its use and distribution. This is usually only for a limited time.

2. FAIR USE- (In US copyright law) the doctrine that brief excerpts of copyright material may, under certain circumstances, be quoted verbatim for purposes such as criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research, without the need for permission from or payment to the copyright holder.
3. PLAGIARISM- the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.
4. NETIQUETTE- the correct or acceptable way of communicating on the Internet.
5. DIGITAL DIVIDE- he gulf between those who have ready access to computers and the Internet, and those who do not
6. COMPUTER ADDICTION- A disorder in which the individual turns to the Internet or plays computer games in an attempt to change moods, overcome anxiety, deal with depression, reduce isolation or loneliness, or distract themselves from overwhelming problems.
7.BULLYING- use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants.
